Electronic Resident Card-Making Services (KTP-el)

Based on Constitution no. 25 of 2009 concerning public services are all forms activities in a series fulfilling service needs for every citizen, both goods, services, and administrative provided by services. In the implementation there still problems that cause people's lack satisfaction, as is case management KTP-el which until now cannot be applied according to specified procedure.
